Entrepreneurship Drive, a firm having its principal office at Sagar Sangeet Complex, 58 SBS Road, Mumbai – 400005, herein referred to as the “Company”, issues this Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy“) to govern any and all cancellation requests and refund claims initiated by any client, user, or entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) availing services from the Company.
This Policy forms an integral and inseparable part of all service-level agreements, purchase orders, engagement letters, statements of work (SOW), or any commercial arrangement entered into with the Company. By executing any transaction with the Company, the Client irrevocably acknowledges and agrees to the applicability of this Policy.
1. Definitions
For purposes of this Policy, the following capitalized terms shall have the meaning ascribed herein:
“Custom Engagement” means any bespoke, client-specific service, including but not limited to advisory, documentation, blueprinting, market analysis, and strategic consulting.
“Qualifying Offer” shall mean any commercial offering made by the Company that explicitly states refund eligibility, whether through written advertisement, promotional campaign, landing page, or email campaign.
“Refund Request Window” shall refer to the limited duration of 24 (twenty-four) hours post-delivery of the final consultation call, within which the Client must lodge a written refund claim.
“Confirmed Engagement” shall mean an engagement wherein (i) payment has been successfully made, and (ii) an acknowledgment of acceptance or onboarding communication has been issued by the Company.
2. General Policy on Refunds and Cancellations
2.1 Non-Refundable Engagements
2.1.1 Unless expressly and unambiguously specified as part of a Qualifying Offer, all services provided by the Company are strictly non-refundable post-confirmation.
2.1.2 This includes, without limitation, Custom Engagements, one-on-one consultations, strategic deliverables, and time-block-based advisory wherein the Company has made resource allocations or has commenced work.
2.1.3 Any waiver of this clause shall be solely at the discretion of the Company and shall not constitute a binding precedent for future transactions.
Where the Company expressly promotes a refund in connection with a Qualifying Offer, the following terms shall apply cumulatively and without exception:
3.1 Eligibility Conditions
3.1.1 The Client must fully comply with all preconditions outlined in the Qualifying Offer, including but not limited to submitting a pre-assessment form, attending a scheduled consultation or diagnostic call, or completing a report review process.
3.1.2 Attendance at the scheduled consultation call is mandatory. Failure to attend shall render the Client ineligible for any refund, irrespective of prior payment or dissatisfaction.
3.1.3 The Client shall be required to submit a formal written refund request to the Company at connect@entrepreneurshipdrive.comwithin 24 (twenty-four) hours of the completion of the consultation call. The refund request must contain:
The Client’s full legal name;
Proof of transaction or Transaction ID;
Date and time of the completed consultation;
A detailed statement of dissatisfaction specifying the grounds on which the refund is sought.
3.1.4 Refund requests that are incomplete, improperly formatted, or received outside the Refund Request Window shall be deemed inadmissible and summarily rejected.
4. Evaluation and Determination
4.1 The Company shall review all refund claims on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the compliance by the Client with this Policy and the substantive merit of the claim.
4.2 The Company reserves the exclusive right to accept, reject, or partially grant refund claims at its sole discretion, and such decision shall be final and binding on the Client.
4.3 If approved, refund disbursements shall be processed within fifteen (15) business days, via the original payment method or another instrument mutually agreed upon.
5. Exceptions and Exclusions
5.1 This Policy shall only apply to services that are accompanied by a Qualifying Offer. In the absence of such an offer, the default presumption shall be that the service is non-refundable.
5.2 The following services are excluded from refund eligibility under all circumstances, whether or not promoted as part of a broader engagement:
Tailored business models or pitch documents prepared post-client onboarding;
Investor decks, blueprinting documents, or frameworks custom-built for client goals;
One-on-one founder coaching sessions that have commenced;
Pre-paid hours consumed in part or full;
Bookings wherein proprietary research has been delivered.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Company’s liability for any approved refund shall be strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the Client for the specific refundable component of the engagement. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, or opportunity losses suffered by the Client.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of India, and any dispute arising in connection herewith shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
